<p><p>Role: Intermediate/Senior Field Superintendent (TS)<br/>Location: McArthur River - flights out of Saskatoon, SK only<br/>Duration: Feb 23rd 2026 - Dec 31st 2026<br/>Rotation: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 11 hrs per working day</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>The Field Superintendent has primary responsibility to ensure contractors within their area are working in a safe manner abiding by all safety program requirements</li><li>The Field Superintendent will review and/or develop detailed work plans according to Cameco’s workface planning processes</li><li>In some instances, the Field Superintendent may perform supervision of direct field labour during scaffold erection and scaffolding coordination, and Civil scopes of work ensuring the work is completed safely and to a high quality standard</li><li>In some instances, the Field Superintendent will oversee the contractor’s activities, such as civil construction or scaffolding, confirming the work is completed safely and according to all contract requirements</li><li>Inspections of completed work to confirm it is completed to appropriate standards, identifying deficiencies and managing the completion of deficiencies</li><li>Monitoring the schedule and productivity of work and work collaboratively with the contractor and operations personnel to resolve issues and barriers</li><li>Daily validation and approval of contractor submitted labour, equipment and material reports</li><li>Responsible to coordinate field activities between contractors and the Cameco operations team as required</li></ul><h3>Skills / Previous Experience</h3><ul><li>Previous experience with estimating, planning, and supervising scaffold crews, builds, and materials.</li><li>Previous experience with Civil construction scopes of work.</li><li>Previous experience in a brown field construction environment is required.</li><li>Previous experience in an underground mining environment is an asset.</li><li>Journeyperson ticket in Scaffolding or Carpentry is an asset.</li></ul></p>
