We’re a CRO agency for eCommerce brands. We design and build high-converting landing pages that don’t just look good — they perform.

We’re now hiring a permanent, full-time Shopify developer to join the team. No freelancers. No agencies. This is long-term work with room to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience turning pixel-perfect Figma designs into clean Shopify builds
• Comfortable working with custom sections, not page builders
• Solid grasp of anti-flicker best practices and setting up A/B tests (Intelligems, Convert, etc.)
• Know how to keep pages lean, performant, and Core Web Vitals-friendly
• Bonus if you’re confident inside messy legacy themes (for Trial 2)

You need to be detail-obsessed, fast, and autonomous. Our standards are high — sloppy devs don’t make the cut.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building custom PDPs and landing pages in Shopify
• Collaborating with our strategist and designer
• Ensuring speed, QA, and flicker-free performance
• Sometimes setting up basic A/B tests or experiment tracking

• Static headline + subtext
• Horizontally scrolling image carousel (mobile + desktop)
• Clean spacing, rounded corners, and IG handles overlaid on images
• Fully responsive design

This should take no more than 60–90 minutes for someone solid. If your build is strong, we’ll move you to a paid second trial inside a real client theme.
