<h3>Job Overview
<ul>
<li>End-to-End Leadership: Lead the Finance workstream through all phases of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between finance business stakeholders, the system integrator, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business needs and priorities.</li>
<li>Business Process Design: Facilitate workshops and meetings to define, document, and optimize finance and accounting business processes, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA best practices and organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Hands-On Data Activities: Actively participate in finance data preparation, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality and integrity physiques LDR.</li>
<li>Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, lead business process and user acceptance testing, and ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.</li>
<li>Training & Change Management: Build training materials and deliver hands‑on training sessions for finance users. Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and readiness.</li>
<li>Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with other business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of finance processes with related functions.</li>
<li>Project Delivery: Manage workstream deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to project leadership and proactively resolving challenges.</li>
<li>Compliance & Controls: Ensure all finance processes and deliverables comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.</li>
<li>Cutover & Hypercare Support: Provide hands‑on support during cutover, go‑live, and hypercare phases, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent accounting qualification.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading finance workstreams in SAP S/4Hությունն or similar ERP implementation projects.</li>
<li>Deep, hands‑on understanding of finance and accounting business processes across the end‑to‑end finance function6920703.</li>
<li>Experience working directly with system integrators and cross‑functional project teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead data migration, business testing, and user training activities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, andҭахmarket management skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Project management experience is an asset.</li>
