<p><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Summary:</p><p>Responsible for supporting the commercial and development business operations.<br>Essential Functions:</p><p>Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)<br> Manage the forecasting process with inputs from Demand/Supply and ES&OP<br> Consolidate all Revenue and P&L information to perform S&OP 18 months rolling forecast<br>including extended risks and opportunities for the site.<br>Operational Excellence/Value Capture<br> Act as Key Finance Partner for Leadership team. Provides leadership in the identification and<br>delivery of procurement savings.<br> Prepare monthly reporting and identify trends, areas of opportunity (risk), and recommendations.<br>Budget<br> Manage the site budgeting process.<br>Cost Management<br> Responsible for monthly cost and FTE review with variances versus objectives/targets.<br> Responsible for monthly cost management template collection with YTG forecast and Risks &<br>Opportunities. Reconcile FTE and report. Investigate and understand variances and get in touch<br>with the Cost Centre Owners for action planning.<br>Other<br> Responsible to perform Capital Financial Evaluation through IRR, ROI, NPV, etc. for the site.<br> Drive Financial Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvements projects by leading or being a<br>key contributor as required.<br> Manage competing priorities to meet tight deadlines where the normal f low of information is<br>interrupted in order to address critical questions which arise from other members of the<br>Management or Finance team.</p><p> Support other FP&A requests required by Sr Manager, Finance.</p>
