Job Description

<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and update the Food Safety System</li><li>Implement and maintain food safety regulations and requirements</li><li>Provide technical expertise to the team by using appropriate testing techniques</li><li>Analyze product specifications</li><li>Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products</li><li>Coordinate product testing processes in line with quality assurance</li><li>Respond to safety complaints</li><li>Prepare monthly management reports</li><li>Coordinate 20 keys within the quality department</li><li>Ensure sensory assessments, packaging review, and costing, necessary product testing, assessment, and trialing to identify and prevent launch issues in stores</li><li>Execute business unit standard operating procedures and conduct annual reviews of standard procedures</li><li>Conduct annual review of bill of materials versus product specifications</li></ul><h3>Desired Experience & Qualifications</h3><p>Relevant Diploma or B.Degree in Food Science and Technology</p><p>Food safety-related training (ISO, HACCP, FSSC)</p><p>Good administrative and leadership skills</p><p>Meat industry experience will be beneficial.</p><h3>Package & Remuneration</h3><p>Will be discussed during the interview</p>
