<p>Job description</p><p>Seeking a counter person for our multi-branded food court. This role requires food service experience in high-volume settings.</p><p>Job Requirements:</p><ul><li>Greets and connects with customers providing excellent service.</li><li>Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.</li><li>Cashing out customers food court purchases</li><li>Responds to customer needs and thanks every customer.</li><li>Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.</li><li>Prepares and serves a variety of customer beverage orders such as Coffees, Hot drinks and blended beverages among others.</li><li>Cleaning, stocking, rotating, organizing, merchandising.</li><li>Follows store policies and procedures.</li><li>Performs daily tasks in accordance with the Opening/Closing/Shift handover and cleaning standards working as a team player.</li><li><p>Other duties as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Must be available on evenings and weekends</p></li><li><p>Starting wage of $16.00</p></li><li><p>50% Meal discounts on most menu items while working.
