The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on forklift experience and previous experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. This role requires someone who is comfortable working all shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights.</p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li><p>Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently</p></li><li><p>Load, unload, move, and stack materials as required</p></li><li><p>Perform daily inspections of the forklift and report any issues</p></li><li><p>Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment</p></li><li><p>Support general warehouse or production tasks when needed</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals</p></li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li><p>1 to 2 years of forklift operating experience</p></li><li><p>Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sites</p></li><li><p>Valid forklift certification (preferred)</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working all shifts <span >(days/afternoons/nights)</span></p></li><li><p>Strong attention to safety and detail</p></li><li><p>Good communication and teamwork skills</p></li></ul></p></p>
