As a Sales Associate at Freedom Mobile, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while helping customers find the right mobile products and services to meet their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the success of your store through knowledgeable recommendations and a friendly, engaging attitude.
Key Duties Include:

Welcoming customers into the store and providing personalized support.

Actively promoting and selling mobile phones, rate plans, and accessories.

Understanding and communicating product features and benefits clearly.

Troubleshooting basic service issues and offering appropriate solutions.

Collaborating with team members to meet or exceed sales targets.

Participating in in-store events and promotional activities to attract customers.
What You Bring:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or wireless sales is an asset, but not mandatory.
