The front desk position is the heartbeat of our office, so it's important that you are friendly, positive, engaging, and aware of your surroundings.</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Answer phone calls professionally and in a timely manner</li><li>Photocopying, filing, scanning, and completing general administrative tasks</li><li>Manage email correspondence</li><li>Maintain an organized front desk and office workspace</li><li>Plan and organize meetings</li><li>Assist with company events</li><li>Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Use computer programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Rippling, etc.) and learn new systems as required</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and take initiative</li><li>Friendly, positive, and engaging personality</li><li>Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)</li><li>Quick learner with solid computer skills</li><li>Reliable, adaptable, and proactive</li><li>Valid driver's license and vehicle preferred</li></ul><h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2><ul><li>Salary: $3,000 per month</li><li>Company benefits provided</li><li>Parking included</li><li>All systems/tools provided (all-in)</li></ul>
