Join our dynamic 12-person Business Intelligence (BI) Development team, part of a 25-member group dedicated to transforming internal operations through automation and data-driven solutions.
Our mission is to eliminate manual, error-prone legacy processes and enhance workflow efficiency for internal clients.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative tools to streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a sister team to manage and prioritize a robust development backlog.
Design and develop automated workflows to replace manual processes, such as reporting and payment systems.
Build tools to optimize workflow management, reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
Create BI solutions that minimize risks, reduce errors, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact technology solutions.
Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence, ensuring scalable and maintainable code.

Must-Have Skills

Senior or Lead Full Stack Development Experience: Proven track record in leading end-to-end development of web applications.
Python and Django: Strong expertise in building robust backend solutions using Python and the Django framework.
Strong Communication Skills: Professional demeanor with an engineering mindset, capable of effectively engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
HTML and JavaScript : Proficiency in front-end development to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces
