Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 7–10 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance applications. Experience in transactional and financial systems is a significant advantage.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Front-End Development:
- Proficiency in Angular or React for developing responsive UIs.
- Experience with Python for front-end scripting or lightweight applications.
Back-End Development:
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python for API development and service orchestration.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Databases & Messaging:
- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, ELK).
- Working knowledge of messaging platforms like Solace, MQ, or equivalent.
DevOps & Automation:
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, HELM).
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerization and orchestration.
Other Core Competencies:
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently on complex modules and collaborate in team environments.
- Strong mentorship mindset—eager to guide and support junior developers.
- Prior experience supporting transactional/financial systems is essential.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of SWIFT Payments, ISO20022 standards, or financial transaction workflows.
- Exposure to Agile tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Integration experience with JWT, OAuth, and security best practices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
