<p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>Luma AI is a full-stack AI lab building Multimodal AGI. We believe that to solve the hardest problems in intelligence, models must learn from audio, video, and images. We train our own foundational models and build the products that sit on top of them. You will join a confidential, high-priority initiative designed to automate complex creative workflows. This is an opportunity to operate with the agility of a founding team while leveraging the massive compute resources and capital of a major AI lab.</p>
<h3>Where You Come In</h3>
<p>You will serve as a founding engineer for a new product category focused on AI-powered ad creation. This is a high-autonomy role where you will work directly with research and product leadership to define the technical roadmap. You will move fast to prototype, validate, and ship a platform that acts as a creative partner for agencies and brands.</p>
<h3>What You Will Build</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>The Core Application:</b> Architect and build the primary application from the ground up, including scalable backend APIs and the user-facing interface.</li>
<li><b>Agentic Workflows:</b> Design the system that allows AI agents to interact with and automate complex creative tasks, moving beyond simple chat interfaces to full workflow execution.</li>
<li><b>Platform Integrations:</b> Build robust, scalable integrations with major advertising platforms to fit seamlessly into the professional ecosystem.</li>
</ul>
<h3>The Profile We Are Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>0-to-1 Builder:</b> You have a proven track record of shipping new products or major features from scratch. You thrive in ambiguity and prefer defining the spec as you build.</li>
<li><b>Ads Domain Fluency:</b> You possess deep experience in the advertising technology space (Ads Managers, DSPs, or creative optimization) and understand the workflows of creative professionals.</li>
<li><b>Full-Stack Versatility:</b> You are expert-level in Python backend development and proficient with modern frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript.</li>
<li><b>AI Curiosity:</b> You have hands-on experience with or a strong desire to build with LLMs and generative agents.</li>
