We are currently seeking a <strong>Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II)</strong> who is passionate about patient care and eager to grow with our practice. <strong>New graduates are welcome to apply.<br /></strong><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare patients for dental examinations and assist the dentist during procedures and treatments.</li><li>Sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.</li><li>Prepare dental materials, including fillings, impression materials, and compounds.</li><li>Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>Polish teeth and clinical crowns; apply fluoride and dental sealants.</li><li>Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts and assist with treatment planning.</li><li>Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Administrative & Clerical Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule appointments and manage patient records.</li><li>Prepare invoices and process payments.</li><li>Record dental procedures performed accurately.</li><li>Order dental and office supplies as needed.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Intra-Oral Duties (as permitted):</strong></p><ul><li>Remove sutures and take vital signs.</li><li>Apply topical anesthetics, desensitizing, and anti-cariogenic agents.</li><li>Perform coronal whitening.</li><li>Fabricate, place, and remove temporary crowns and restorations.</li><li>Apply and remove rubber dams.</li><li>Conduct pulp vitality testing, periodontal screening, and charting.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Certified Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) with current provincial licensing.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Experience with dental software is an asset.</li><li>New graduates are encouraged to apply.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, stable employment.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li><li>Free parking and convenient access to public transit.</li><li>Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Join Our Team:</strong></p><p>If you are an enthusiastic and caring dental professional looking for a full-time opportunity in a positive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
