You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner. </p><p><b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><li>Access control, property patrols, incident reporting, CCTV and fire panel monitoring, emergency response and customer service</li><li>Maintain workflow to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and assignments were completed in an accurate and timely manner and forwarded to management</li><li>Ensuring a safe and effective working environment by the proper use of all equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established health and safety policies and procedures</li><li>Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments  </li><li>Standing, sitting, walking for extended periods of time</li><li>Greet tenants, clients, and the general public</li><li>Provide helpful guidance and assistance</li><li>Direct individuals to required destinations</li><li>Sustain effective relationships with visitors, tenants, and staff through courteous and respectful relations</li><li>Access control</li><li>Periodic foot patrols </li><li>Enforce rules, policies, regulations as per SOP's.</li><li>Report all incidents and occurrences to the supervisor and CSM. </li><li>Provide a high level of customer service</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as required by the client. </li><p><b>Prerequisites & Requirements:</b></p><li>Valid Ontario Security Guard License </li><li>Valid WSIB Approved First Aid and CPR Level C </li><li>G Class Driving License and Three Year Driving Abstract</li><li>Excellent written/verbal communication</li><li>Great customer service skills</li><li>Previous security experience is an asset<br></li><p> <b>Why choose Paladin?</b></p><li>Opportunities for training and professional development</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Additional perks</li><li>Work today, get paid today—daily pay available</li><br>
