<p>SeekersGuidance is looking for experienced remote fundraisers to actively raise funds for our global mission.</p><p>This role is for people who know how to <b>open doors, build trust, and close donations</b>. You will focus entirely on fundraising through relationships, conversations, and direct engagement with donors. Your success will be measured by funds raised and long-term donor commitments.</p><p>This is a performance-driven role with a <b>base salary plus commission structure</b> tied directly to results.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>1. Actively Raise Funds</b></p><p>Identify, approach, and secure donations from individuals, families, and philanthropic contacts</p><p>Conduct one-on-one fundraising conversations with potential donors</p><p>Close gifts across recurring donations, one-time contributions, and major giving</p><p><br></p><p><b>2. Leverage Your Network</b></p><p>Activate your personal and professional network to generate fundraising opportunities</p><p>Build new donor relationships through referrals, introductions, and community connections</p><p>Maintain long-term relationships with donors you bring in</p><p><br></p><p><b>3. Represent the Mission</b></p><p>Confidently present SeekersGuidance’s mission, impact, and funding needs in conversations</p><p>Attend donor meetings, private gatherings, and fundraising dinners when required</p><p>Serve as a trusted representative of the organization in fundraising contexts</p><p><br></p><p><b>4. Track & Deliver Results</b></p><p>Maintain clear records of donor interactions and commitments</p><p>Provide simple progress updates on funds raised and pipeline status</p><p>Consistently meet or exceed agreed fundraising targets</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Performance Indicators (How You Win)</b></p><p>Funds Raised: Monthly and quarterly fundraising targets met or exceeded</p><p>Donor Acquisition: New donors brought into the organization through your efforts</p><p>Gift Size: Growth in average donation size and recurring commitments</p><p>Conversion: High close rate from conversations to confirmed donations</p><p>Retention: Donors you bring in continue giving beyond initial contributions</p><p><br></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><p><b>A Proven Fundraiser or Sales Professional:</b> Experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship-based revenue roles</p><p><b>Well-Networked:</b> Access to individuals, families, or institutions capable of donating</p><p><b>Comfortable Asking:</b> Confident making direct financial asks</p><p><b>Results-Oriented:</b> Motivated by targets, commissions, and measurable outcomes</p><p><b>Trustworthy & Professional:</b> Handle donor relationships with integrity and discretion</p><p><b>Mission-Aligned:</b> Believe in the importance of Islamic education and service to the Umma</p><p>Arabic is a plus, not a requirement.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Compensation Structure</b></p><p>Base Salary (fixed)</p><p>Performance-Based Commission (percentage of funds raised)</p><p>Commission structure scales with results and donor retention</p><p>Details shared during the interview process.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Details</b></p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract-Based</p><p>Department: Fundraising</p>Create Your Resume First
