We are looking for General Labour(Forklift Experience Preferred) – 6 Month Contract for our Whitby location. Shift: 7:30am - 4pm. Wage : $20.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning within the Mill
Able to do repetitive lifting/bending/stretching in a hot/humid/dusty environment
Perform quality checks after and during runs
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices, and use of personal protective equipment
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Secondary school education
Previous manufacturing experience an asset
Able to withstand cold/hot environments
Must be able to read and write English
Must have good communication skills
Must have good organization skills
Willing to work in a team environment
Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
Is a team player and results oriented
Forklift license an asset
