The 12,000 sq. ft. Toronto-area facility houses several million dollars in inventory and supports demand in Eastern Canada, with significant untapped potential.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is a <strong>sales-led operational role</strong> suited for someone who thrives in unstructured environments, knows the aftermarket landscape, and can build and lead a small but impactful team.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><strong>Oversee day-to-day operations</strong> of the Toronto distribution facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and service excellence.</li><li><strong>Recruit, train, and lead</strong> a local team including a <strong>parts counter lead</strong> and <strong>two outside sales representatives</strong>.</li><li><strong>Drive growth</strong> through direct engagement with <strong>fleet and distributor accounts</strong>, expanding territory coverage and customer relationships.</li><li>Manage <strong>inventory accuracy and coordination</strong> with the U.S. supply network for replenishment and forecasting.</li><li>Establish operational processes that meet corporate standards while adapting to the Canadian market environment.</li><li>Serve as the senior in-country representative, ensuring compliance with local requirements and representing the brand’s best interests.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><strong>7+ years</strong> of experience in <strong>automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket parts, truck components, or fleet services</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated success in <strong>sales leadership, regional management, or distribution operations</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to <strong>hire, train, and lead</strong> small, high-performing teams.</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>inventory management systems</strong>, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.</li><li>Strong <strong>business development and customer relationship</strong> skills with fleet or commercial accounts.</li><li>Must be <strong>hands-on and self-directed</strong>; comfortable operating with minimal supervision.</li><li><strong>Bilingual (English/French)</strong> strongly preferred; ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners in both languages is a major asset.</li><li>Ability to travel regionally within Ontario and occasionally to the U.S. headquarters.</li><li>Legal authorization to work in Canada.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary, CAD <strong>$120,000 to $175,000</strong>, depending on experience.</li><li>Annual performance bonus tied to sales and operational milestones.</li><li>Vehicle allowance, full benefits, and travel coverage.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
