<p><p>ATCO Structures is seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual (French and English) Project Manager to lead the execution of construction projects, including new builds, repairs, and renovations. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors from project initiation through to client acceptance.<br/>This is a full‑time permanent role, reporting to the General Manager, Quebec - Ottawa. The job location for this role will be Montreal location.</p>
<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead construction, repair, and renovation projects from estimation through to client acceptance.</li>
<li>Manage contracts, subcontractors, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.</li>
<li>Inspire and mentor teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.</li>
<li>Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production timelines with project schedules.</li>
<li>Monitor budgets, schedules, and work‑in‑progress reports to ensure project efficiency.</li>
<li>Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation of scope changes.</li>
<li>Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with document control procedures.</li>
<li>Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Support contract administration and contribute to continuous improvement across ATCO branches.</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with ATCO’s safety standards, OH&S regulations, and quality expectations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five years of experience working on mid‑size construction projects combined with a post‑secondary education in construction management, engineering technology or architectural fields.</li>
<li>3‑7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.</li>
<li>Experience managing contracts (small, mid and large size).</li>
<li>Familiarity with contract negotiations, estimating, and financial planning.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong leadership, building rapport and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, ProCore, and Aconex.</li>
<li>Comfortable travelling to remote project sites.</li>
