<p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p>Reporting to the Manager, Global Mobility, this role supports the delivery and administration of compensation and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with global regulations. <b>Please note this is a 12 month contract with opportunity for extension.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Assist in the development and administration of global mobility and compensation programs, including market survey participation, data analysis, reporting, and program recommendations.</li><li>Support immigration assessments, documentation, and compliance for international and cross-border employees, contractors, and business travelers (e.g., eTAs, travel letters, visas).</li><li>Monitor immigration reports for expiry dates and coordinate extensions as needed.</li><li>Liaise with third-party vendors such as immigration providers, relocation management companies, and tax advisors.</li><li>Validate work permits for co-op students, summer students, and temporary foreign workers.</li><li>Manage vendor invoicing and coding for all Global Mobility contracts using Open Invoice and Winshuttle.</li><li>Track monthly off-cycle salary budgets and support compensation transaction reviews, processing, and HR system data audits.</li><li>Contribute to compensation and global mobility projects and initiatives of varying size and scope, both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Legally eligible to work in Canada.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
