As our Digital Solutions Consultant, you will be a member of the Global Digital Solutions Team and takes the lead on consulting activities for a portfolio of Global Accounts and selective National and Business Unit Sales Accounts. The Digital Solutions Consultant guides Sales Colleagues from all Kuehne+Nagel Sales Channels and other customer facing staff on how to effectively utilize digital solutions while driving business growth. You will promote the adoption of Digital Solutions, thereby actively supporting new business wins as well as customer retention.

How you create impact


  • Consulting customers and KN Account Teams on digital solutions during various stages of the sales cycle, such as prior and during RFI & RFQ, as well as QBR and other customer touch points.
  • Conduct trainings from the Digital solutions Training Program to Sales Colleagues from all Sales Channels and ensure that the Digital Solutions Intranet is an effective resource for them too.
  • Run Consulting Projects in line with Digital Solutions methodologies, and provide Digital Solutions support to projects of the Supply Chain Design Team
  • Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with processes agreed between Sales and Business Units Sea Air and Road.
  • Identify customers for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and drive internal efficiencies. Position solutions as unique value propositions to help close the deal and support a more profitable sale.
  • Continuously obtain customer feedback on digital solutions, collaborating with DSM, IT and the Business Units Sea Air and Road on solution development, and creating awareness of latest technological advancements applied by competitors and supply chain intelligence providers.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies within Digital Solutions, ensuring ease of doing business for internal stakeholders.
  • Execute Global Digital Solutions policies and strategies for the area in which you operate

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Management, or equivalent working experience in a similar role
  • 3+ years experience in solution consulting, preferrably in the supply chain industry
  • 3+ years experience managing projects related to innovative technology, data and automation
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in MS365 and Google Docs
  • Experience managing projects and crossfuntional collaboration in a global matrix environment
  • Please note this opportunity is avalable in major offices in Canada and US, and the compansation may vary depending on location
