This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mississauga, ON. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring a healthy workplace environment. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to support organizational goals and foster a positive company culture.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Skills in developing and implementing HR policies
Experience with managing employee benefits and compensation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
