Your Mission

We seek a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our global partnership initiatives. This role involves developing, cultivating, and scaling strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation. You will be hands-on, involved in negotiations, partnership development, and go-to-market strategies, while also leading the Partnerships team across APAC and North America. You will report to the VP of Revenue and work cross-functionally, representing AfterShip at industry events (up to 30% travel).



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead global strategic partnership strategies to support revenue, product adoption, and market expansion.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with tech platforms, solution providers, and integrators.
  • Develop scalable partner programs including onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and co-marketing.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed team across regions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts.
  • Set KPIs to measure partnership success and ROI.
  • Represent AfterShip at conferences, summits, and partner events.

Who We’re Looking For


  • At least 7 years in partnership management or business development, with 3+ in leadership.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and logistics industries.
  • Proven builder and doer, capable of strategy and execution.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-to-revenue skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and across time zones.
  • Experience leading distributed teams is a plus.
