Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: RemoteClient: Public SectorDuration: 8+ Months (Possibility for Extension) Role OverviewShared Health Manitoba is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support healthcare information system implementations across government and hospital environments. The successful candidate will bring strong healthcare domain expertise, hands-on experience with clinical systems, and a proven ability to work with clinical and technical stakeholders across multiple sites.The role requires demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, system configuration, and change management, along with mandatory professional certifications. Preferred Experience<ul><li>2-3 years of prior experience working on government projects or within a government environment.</li></ul> Mandatory Requirements (Pass / Fail)Failure to meet or provide proof of the following requirements will result in disqualification.<ul><li>Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification</li></ul><ul><li>Proof of certification must be provided with the submission.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification</li></ul><ul><li>Proof of certification must be provided.</li></ul><ul><li>Education Documents</li></ul><ul><li>Copies of degrees or certifications must be uploaded to the Bonfire - Requested Information section</li><li>Alternatively, clearly identify where education details are located within the response.</li></ul> Skills & Experience (Scored Criteria)Business Analysis & Process Mapping (10 Points)<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience performing business analysis tasks supporting:</li><li>Information system implementation projects</li><li>Process mapping and documentation</li><li>Customer requirements gathering</li><li>Business process analysis and capability gap identification</li><li>Response must include at least 3 project examples, including duration, totaling 10 years of experience.</li></ul> Healthcare Requirements & System Implementation (10 Points)<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience eliciting requirements and implementing systems within a healthcare setting.</li><li>Must include at least 2 healthcare project examples, including duration, totaling 5 years of experience.</li></ul> Multi-Hospital Implementation Experience (10 Points)<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience implementing projects across multiple hospitals.</li><li>Experience must include:</li><li>Gathering technical requirements</li><li>Gathering configuration requirements</li><li>Working directly with clinical stakeholders</li><li>Must include at least 1 project example, including duration, totaling 3 years of experience.</li></ul> Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Configuration (10 Points)<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications.</li><li>Must include at least 1 project example, including duration, totaling 3 years of experience.</li></ul> Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) Implementation (10 Points)<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation.</li><li>Must include at least 1 project example, including duration, totaling 3 years of experience.</li></ul> GoldCare Long Term Care Implementation (1 Point)<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience implementing GoldCare Long Term Care solutions across multiple sites.</li><li>Must include at least 1 project example, including duration, totaling 3 years of experience.</li></ul> Submission Notes<ul><li>All mandatory certifications and education documents must be uploaded to Bonfire under Requested Information.</li><li>Incomplete submissions or missing proof will not be evaluated.</li><li>Responses must clearly map experience to each scored requirement with project duration and responsibilities.</li></ul> Application Details Interested candidates, please share your updated resume:
