We’re Hiring: Home & Community ABA Therapists
Toronto • Markham • Woodbridge Full-time • Part-time • Summer Contract • Permanent
$70,000-$104,000 annually Start Date: June 30
Applied Behavioural Interventions (ABI) is one of the most established and respected ABA providers in Ontario. Our team culture is defined by support, mentorship, and professional excellence. Many of our therapists have been with us for 10-23 years, and this speaks to our exceptional work culture.
We’re currently hiring for 3 dynamic opportunities:
1. ABA Camp Support – Toronto (Holland Bloorview)
35 hrs/week, Monday-Friday
️ Summer only
2. In-Home Life Skills Support – Markham
4 hrs/day in July
Focus: executive functioning, daily living
3. Flexible ABA Roles – Woodbridge
Choose 4-8 hr shifts/day
️ Start date: June 30
️ Summer roles with optional extension into fall
Who Should Apply?
- Students/grads in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, ECE, SLP, Child & Youth Studies, or Health Sciences
- Experience with ABA, natural environment teaching, or related fields is a plus
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a clear vulnerable sector screening
What You’ll Do:
- 1:1 support in homes and community settings
- Collaborate with parents and our clinical team
- Track progress, collect data, write daily summaries
