Your extraordinary welcome and greeting at the door lets our guests know immediately that St. Louis Bar & Grill cares about their experience, “<strong>You never get a second chance to make a first impression!”</strong> You will be our guests’ first impression, so we know you will always make it a great one!</p><p></p><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>A fantastic personality.</li></ul><ul><li>Enthusiasm for providing hospitality and hosting people.</li><li>A positive outlook on our community, our people with a spectacular attitude.</li></ul><ul><li>An up-to-date Smart Serve.</li><li>1+ year of hospitality experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>In This Role, You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Always deliver more than our guest expects through extraordinary hospitality.</li><li>Greet each guest like they are special, valuable and like a VIP!</li><li>Establish a fantastic connection with each guest.</li><li>Greet each guest with a smile and eye contact.</li><li>Check for and coordinate reservations.</li><li>Seat guests appropriately, balancing guest preferences with operational constraints, and physically bringing the guests to their table.</li><li>Meet special guest needs, such as a highchair or booster seat for a child, or accommodations for guests with disabilities.</li><li>Assist guests when the restaurant is full, including letting them know the approximate wait time, keeping a guest wait list, and calling provided numbers when tables become available.</li><li>Performing additional tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p>St. Louis Bar & Grill strongly believes in an inclusive culture and having diverse colleagues.
