ContractDuration: 12 months strong likelihood for an extension, or conversion to full time employee
Location: On-site Individual will be primarily onsite and expected to work 5 days / week (business days) Toronto Downtown
Daily Responsibilities:
Design and develop and automate operational reports, analytical dashboards, or deliver ad-hoc findings based on business requirements.
Run, verify, and dispatch scheduled reports this may involve manual data extraction or making connections to available data sources on various platforms
Assist in setting up, administering and usage of local data sources and relational databases that facilitate report automation
Design and implement SQL queries, including documenting procedures
Identify opportunities to standardize and scale reports, fine-tune dashboards and curate insights
Proactively identify and evaluate impact of changes on user requirements, within data warehouse environment and/or to source systems
Provide production support to Managed Reporting Environment, launched dashboards and self-serve analytical tools to business users, troubleshooting data discrepancies, execute and monitor scheduled processes to ensure deliverables are met
Participate in review of business requirements to determine the appropriate approach both from a technical and business perspective.
Understand and protect unauthorized use of HR data and guard employee privacy, sensitive and confidential data

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
Experience in data extraction, data manipulation, data mining, data formatting, and report production
Strong track record of data visualization using Tableau & MS Office suite of products
Able to self-learn, adopt and transform different codes
Proficient with SQL and some exposure to set up, administration and use of relational database products such as Teradata, MySQL, DB2, Oracle etc.
Working knowledge of Python
Experience with a vendor management system (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc)
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
Prior Workday & Beeline reporting experience strongly preferred
Experience with or knowledge of Robotic Process Automation desirable
Knowledge of bank organization and HR systems (e.g.
HRIS, recruitment, learning)
Formal Workday or similar HRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors, Service Now training is an asset
