Responsibilities:
Administer HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and maintaining employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Manage employee performance and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive work environment and engage employees.
Assist with compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Skills and Experience:
HR Expertise:
Proven experience in human resources, ideally in the construction or related industry.
Leadership:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey policies, expectations, and solutions.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with experience in a high-growth or construction-focused company.
Education:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
