This role is suited for professionals with hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work efficiently in residential or commercial environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to handle service calls independently.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related components</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems</li><li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using testing equipment</li><li>Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals</li><li>Ensure systems comply with safety standards and building codes</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers and document all service work</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>2–3 years of hands-on HVAC experience</li><li>Valid HVAC license or certification (as per provincial regulations)</li><li>Familiarity with residential and/or commercial systems</li><li>Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in tight spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Gas technician license (G2 or higher)</li><li>Experience with ductwork, rooftop units, or split systems</li><li>EPA or ODP certification (if applicable)</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li></ul><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary (Based on experience)</li><li>Exposure to diverse projects and real hands-on experience</li><li>Friendly, supportive crew and strong safety practices</li></ul></p></p>
