Partnering with BrightPath Childcare locations, we deliver Alberta Education-approved kindergarten programs and inclusive early childhood support services. Our mission is to spark a lifelong love of learning by supporting every child’s unique journey through play-based, inclusive education.</p><p>We are currently looking for a passionate, Alberta-certificated teacher to join our support services team. If you believe in the power of play, value inclusive practices, and are ready to make a real difference in a child’s life, we’d love to meet you!</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The individual program planning (IPP) teacher supports children with individualized needs by writing and managing IPPs, and working collaboratively with classroom teams and support staff.</p><p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Create and manage Individual Program Plans (IPPs) tailored to each child's developmental goals.</li><li>Collaborate with families, therapists, educational assistants, and other professionals to ensure each child’s success.</li><li>Build trusting relationships with children, caregivers, and team members.</li><li>Complete essential documentation: IPPs, transition plans, and referrals.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Team</strong></p><ul><li>A <strong>Bachelor of Education</strong> and an <strong>Alberta Teaching Certificate</strong> (interim or permanent).</li><li>Passion and experience in inclusive education and neurodiversity.</li><li>A strengths-based mindset and a commitment to building inclusive classrooms.</li><li>Comfort adapting to dynamic environments with a flexible, team-first attitude.</li><li>Experience or training in play-based learning and child-led exploration.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Employment Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> North Brightpath learning centers in Calgary</li><li><strong>Salary & Benefits:</strong> 60,000-80,000</li><li><strong>Perks:</strong></li><ul><li><strong>Employee benefits package</strong>, including <strong>RRSP matching</strong></li><li><strong>Winter and Spring Breaks off</strong></li><li><strong>Professional development</strong> opportunities to support your growth</li></ul></ul><p></p><p>If you're ready to make an impact and help every child reach their potential, apply today!</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
