As a manufacturer’s representative for a core group of well-established and technologically advanced product lines, we serve industrial and municipal sectors across the Province of Ontario.</p><p><br />We are seeking a proactive and motivated Inside Technical Product Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, strengthen existing customer relationships, and provide technical expertise to support product selection and application. You will play a key role in responding to technical inquiries, highlighting product benefits, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.</p><p><br />The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with outside sales, marketing, and our manufacturers’ product teams to align strategies and ensure our offerings meet market demands. If you are enthusiastic about technical sales and want to join a supportive team that values your success, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong></strong></p><p>• Prepare accurate technical proposals and quotations.</p><p>• Provide technical product expertise to customers and internal sales teams.</p><p>• Deliver post-sales technical support to customers.</p><p>• Collaborate with outside sales to identify and recommend product solutions that meet customer requirements.</p><p>• Respond to incoming sales leads and generate new opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.</p><p>• Manage and follow up on customer inquiries and prospective client interactions.</p><p>• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.</p><p>• Ensure precision in order processing, documentation, and data management.</p><p>• Work with the marketing team to support and develop effective sales campaigns.</p><p>• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to provide knowledgeable</p><p>recommendations.</p><p>• Support social media marketing initiatives to drive engagement and promote product offerings.</p><p><br /><strong><strong>Requirements</strong></strong></p><p>• Ability to develop a strong technical understanding of company products and services.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.</p><p>• Familiarity with CRM software and customer data management.</p><p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturers’ product teams and the outside sales team.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.</p><p><br /><strong><strong>Benefits</strong></strong></p><p>• Competitive base salary plus sales commission</p><p>• Comprehensive health and dental benefits</p><p>• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities</p></p></p>
