This role is full-time in office from 9-5 Monday to Friday with advancement opportunities.<br><br>What you&#39;ll be responsible for:<br />Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and professional manner, in person and on the phone.<br />Answer, screen, and forward high-volume client calls.<br />Manage the front desk, including receiving mail and packages.<br />Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and managing office supplies.<br />Schedule appointments for our sales team.<br />Check clients in for appointments and validate information.<br />Coordinating billing activities and processing payments.<br />Making outbound client service calls.<br><br>What you&#39;ll bring:<br />Positive, empathetic energy to our customers and our team.<br />Minimum of 2 years of office experience.<br />Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.<br />Excellent communication skills (oral and in writing) in the English language.<br />Strong attention to detail and good typing skills.<br />Ability to work in a fast paced environment.<br /><strong>Must be willing to obtain OTL or have OTL before starting the position.<br><br></strong>Experienced licensed insurance office staff will start with both licenses at $60,000. <strong><br /></strong><br><br></p></p>
