If you are a leader, and want to work with us to continually grow our business then we look forward to your application!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Work with Manager and Agent to establish strategic and marketing initiatives around life and health insurance</li><li>Sales and service of life and health insurance products</li><li>Find new opportunities to grow our life and health book of business</li><li>Work with Team to educate on multi-line sales</li><li>Work with Team to Deliver 5 Star Sales and Service experience</li><li>Deliver on goals with in the group around cross selling / up selling, and many other target based programs</li><li>Manage a client contact program to enhance our customer&#39;s insurance and financial experience</li><li>Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><br /><ul><li>Ability to advise and help households manage risk</li><li>Successful track record of managing and growing business targets</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Ability to relate to Team Members and customers</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day</li><li>Organized, with the ability to problem solve</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong understanding of social media/technology</li><li>Ability to motivate and leadership skills</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>Life / Accident and sickness license</li><li>Property and Casualty license</li><li>Management and sales experience (required)</li><li>Educations in a related field</li><li>2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset</li></ul><br />We look forward to your application, only successful candidates will be contacted.<br><br><strong>Locations:</strong><br />North Office: 103-13245 140 Ave NW Edmonton<br />South Office: 101-596 Riverbend Sq.
