They have designed some of Canada’s most notable buildings.</p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Collaborate and foster team environment to deliver the highest level of design.</li><li>Work with the design team and subconsultant coordination process.</li><li>Ability to present in meetings with clients or municipalities</li><li>Create high-quality documentation, provide guidance with technical detail, & explore new solutions</li><li>Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion / Motivates and challenges others to perform at their best</li><li>Participates in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></p></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience</li><li>Intermediate Revit knowledge</li><li>Healthcare, Institutional or Commercial project experience is preferred</li><li>Understanding of drafting & putting a drawing set together</li><li>Follows instructions well and learns fast</li><li>Thorough and detailed oriented</li><li>Understands priority</li><li>Resourceful, flexible, adaptable, positive attitude</li><li>Eager to learn and experience all aspects of the projects</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></p></p>
