Architectural Technologist
Our client, a well known Architecture firm is seeking a Intermediate and Sr Architectural Technologists skilled in Revit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for using Revit to assist in production of architectural working drawings for ICI projects.
This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and efficient architectural drawings and models. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for innovation in architectural design.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Revit software to create architectural drawings, plans, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate Revit models.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Ensure that all Revit drawings adhere to project standards and guidelines.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of Revit models and drawings
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Revit software and architectural technology.
- Assist in the management and organization of Revit project files and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Revit workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit software is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with ICI related projects
- Strong technical skills in architectural drafting, modeling, and detailing.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
