As part of our digital transformation and operational growth, we are seeking an experienced <b><strong>IT Business Analyst</strong></b> to support system optimization, reporting, and enterprise technology initiatives.</p><p><b><strong>Job Description – IT Business Analyst</strong></b></p><p>The IT Business Analyst will work closely with management, operations, and IT teams to analyze business processes, gather technical requirements, and implement system improvements across logistics, fleet management, safety, compliance, and financial platforms.</p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Analyze existing business processes and IT systems related to <b><strong>transportation, logistics, fleet management, safety, and compliance</strong></b></li><li>Gather, document, and translate business requirements into <b><strong>functional and technical specifications</strong></b></li><li>Act as a liaison between business users, software vendors, and internal IT teams</li><li>Support implementation and optimization of <b><strong>TMS, ELD, accounting, reporting, and ERP systems</strong></b></li><li>Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support management decision-making</li><li>Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities</li><li>Assist with data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Prepare documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users</li><li>Ensure systems comply with <b><strong>regulatory, security, and data integrity standards</strong></b></li><li>Support ongoing system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives</li></ul><p><b><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <b><strong>Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field</strong></b></li><li>Minimum <b><strong>2–3 years of experience</strong></b> as an IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst</li><li>Strong understanding of <b><strong>business systems, databases, reporting tools, and system integrations</strong></b></li><li>Experience working with <b><strong>ERP, TMS, CRM, ELD, or logistics-related systems</strong></b> is a strong asset</li><li>Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights</li><li>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li></ul><p><b><strong>Preferred / Asset Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>Experience in <b><strong>transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries</strong></b></li><li>Knowledge of <b><strong>SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools</strong></b></li><li>Experience working with cross-border or regulated environments</li><li>Familiarity with Agile or SDLC methodologies.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Work Conditions</strong></b></p><ul><li>Office-based role in Milton, ON with potential hybrid flexibility</li><li>Collaborative, fast-paced logistics environment</li><li>Growth opportunities as the company expands its technology footprint</li></ul></p></p>
