Drive high-impact Agile initiatives in the insurance industry through this Ontario-based hybrid role. Lead complex tech projects across Legal, Compliance, and Audit functions, leveraging tools like JIRA and Agile frameworks. <br>• Salaried: $70-74 per hour.<br>
<br>• Incorporated Business Rate: $84-88 per hour.<br>
<br>• 11-month contract.<br>
<br>• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.<br>
<br>• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.<br>
<br>• In-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.<br>
<br>• Remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.<br>
<br>• Manage project resources including staff procurement, coaching, and development.<br>
<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business requirements.<br>
<br>• Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software aligned to business needs.<br>
<br>• Define test plans and ensure defect-free products ahead of User Acceptance Testing.<br>
<br>• Oversee the User Acceptance Testing process and rollout procedures<br>
<br>• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and present to stakeholders.<br>
<br>• Ensure adherence to systems development and project management standards.<br>
<br>• Present updates and progress to project sponsors or steering committees.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.<br>
<br>• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) considered assets.<br>
<br>• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.<br>
<br>• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, including complex and cross-functional initiatives.<br>
<br>• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.<br>
<br>• Strong understanding of data privacy, data quality, and collaboration with technical experts.<br>
<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and deliver on business objectives.<br>
<br>• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.<br>
<br>• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a high attention to detail.<br>
<br>• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.<br>
