About the Role<br><br>
We are seeking a Senior Application Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience leading large-scale IT projects, with a focus on multi-system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the finance industry, expertise in security best practices, and a background in integrating financial solutions (e.g., credit/debit card providers).<br><br>
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead IT blueprint development and conceptual architecture for secure payment service integrations.</li><li>Manage cross-functional teams and third-party integrations to ensure seamless implementation.</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones while maintaining security and compliance standards.</li><li>Oversee risks, security concerns, and escalations with IT service teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct progress reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality and security benchmarks.</li><li>Provide mentorship to project team members and promote best practices in secure development.</li></ul>
Qualifications & Skills<ul><li>Education: Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 7–10 years managing complex IT projects with multi-system integrations.</li><li>Strong expertise in solution architecture, payment services, and IT security frameworks.</li><li>Proven ability to influence decisions and collaborate with diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, including workshop facilitation.</li><li>Certifications: PMP (preferred).</li></ul>
