We’re hiring an IT Project Manager, Salesforce to join a dynamic public sector digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will lead small to medium-sized IT projects – and contribute to large, complex programs – ensuring successful delivery in a structured, high-impact government setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle: initiation to post-implementation
Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and vendor deliverables
Work with stakeholders across business, IT, governance, and external vendors
Deliver projects using SDLC, CPMM, Agile, ITIL, and government frameworks
Support Salesforce-based initiatives (not hands-on Salesforce development)
Coordinate UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support
Provide clear reporting to stakeholders, including executive-level updates
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of project management experience (public or enterprise environments)
Certification in PMP, CAPM, CSM, PPM, or MPM (mandatory)
Strong skills with MS Project, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with ITIL v4, COBIT, SDLC, and public sector procurement practices
Proven ability to lead without authority and influence outcomes
Nice to Have
Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
Experience in technology infrastructure evaluation
Public sector or municipal project experience
