You'll play a key role in identifying top IT talent while supporting the growth and excellence of our recruitment practice.</p><p></p>Main Responsibilities<p>✅ Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles</p><ul><li>Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored recruitment strategies</li><li>Conduct structured interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit</li><li>Deliver a smooth, professional, and human-centered candidate experience</li></ul><p>✅ Talent sourcing & market engagement</p><ul><li>Source and attract top IT candidates using various tools, platforms, and proactive strategies</li><li>Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database</li><li>Share best practices with peers to elevate the team’s effectiveness</li><li>Represent Exposant 3 professionally in interactions with both clients and candidates</li></ul><p>✅ Mentorship & process improvement</p><ul><li>Onboard and guide junior recruiters when needed</li><li>Help optimize our recruitment processes and contribute to knowledge sharing</li><li>Participate in the evolution of our internal practices and tools</li></ul><p></p>Profile Sought<p>We’re looking for a tech-savvy recruiter who is both people-oriented and process-driven—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building meaningful professional relationships.</p>???? Skills & Requirements<ul><li>4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment</li><li>3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, etc.)</li><li>Experience working with private sector clients (corporate, SMEs, or startups)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of IT profiles and tech terminology</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systems</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>French is a strong asset, but not required</li></ul>????
