Learn more about the role </p><p>Your Contribution:</p><p>Your main responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide standard IT support to staff both on-premises and remotely;</li><li>Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement, asset tracking, preparation, and inventory;</li><li>Support server and cloud systems;</li><li>Respond in timely manner to services issues and requests;</li><li>Assist with regional IT coverage and occasional travel.</li></ul><p>Your Profile:</p><p>What makes you unique</p><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Administration;</li><li>2 years working experience in IT support or help desk roles;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts;</li><li>Experience with hardware troubleshooting, asset management, and remote support tools;</li><li>Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MS-900/AZ-900 are considered assets;</li><li>Familiarity with Autodesk products and cloud platforms is a plus.</li></ul><p>What makes Englobe unique</p><p>At Englobe, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects of every size and scope.
