Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years’ experience in:
- REST API/Microservices, Spring Framework (MVC, Security, JPA, Boot), Maven, SQL
- 2+ years developing on an RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL) and Data Streaming (Kafka)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB (bonus)
- Experience with data hygiene routines and data models
- Knowledge of TypeScript, state management, accessibility, unit testing (Jest, Cypress/Protractor), Google Analytics
- Ability to conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Understanding of security vulnerabilities like XSS, prototype pollution, etc.
- Experience developing distributed cloud applications (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Docker)
- Designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and interface specifications (Swagger, RAML, SOAP)
- Knowledge of security protocols and gateways (JWT, OAuth2.0, SSL Certificates)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with full software development lifecycle, CICD, and thorough testing
- Writing unit and integration tests using tools like Cypress, JUnit, Mockito
- Implementing microfrontend architecture principles
- Optimizing application performance with Webpack
- Knowledge of TDD and Agile methodologies
