We seek skilled Journeyman Carpenters to join our team on industrial projects across Alberta.</p><p><strong>What You Can Expect:</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Premium Pay:</strong> We offer a competitive wage <strong>starting at $41 per hour</strong>, with the ability to increase based on experience and performance. Our compensation is designed to attract and retain the most skilled professionals in the field.</p></li><li><p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits:</strong> A full benefits package is available after a qualifying period.</p></li><li><p><strong>Accommodations:</strong> For remote sites, we provide accommodations, which may include camp, hotel, or an RV with a food allowance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Specialized Work:</strong> Opportunities to work on complex industrial concrete formwork projects for <strong>petroleum refineries, power plants, hydroelectric dams, and specialized manufacturing facilities</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Supportive Culture:</strong> We are committed to a safe, family-oriented culture that supports employee development and provides them with the <strong>tools and equipment needed</strong> to work efficiently.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to build and dismantle complex industrial formwork.</p></li><li><p>Measure, cut, and assemble materials for formwork fabrication.</p></li><li><p>Work with rebar, anchor bolts, and various embed systems.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the team on concrete placing, finishing, and general site duties.</p></li><li><p>Operate hand and power tools and site equipment safely and efficiently.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications and Certifications:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Valid <strong>Journeyman Carpenter Certification</strong> or a registered apprentice (Blue Book).</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of mathematics for measurements and calculations.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Certifications Considered an Asset:</strong></p><ol><li><p>CSTS-2020</p></li><li><p>Ground Disturbance Level II</p></li><li><p>Fall Protection</p></li><li><p>Aerial Work Platform (AWP)</p></li><li><p>H2S Alive</p></li></ol><p><strong>Apply today to build a career with us!</strong></p><p><br /></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
