Job Title: Jr./Intermediate Mobility Security Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a Jr./Intermediate Mobility Security Consultant to support enterprise mobile device security and compliance initiatives. This individual will provide frontline support for mobile device management (MDM), enforce mobile security policies, and assist in testing, documentation, and rollout of secure mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support for iOS/macOS security-related incidents, such as device compliance failures or missing profiles
- Enforce mobile security settings including passcode policies, encryption, and auto-lock
- Monitor and report on device compliance status using MDM tools
- Assist with patch management and OS version compliance tracking
- Document procedures for secure mobile device setup and troubleshooting
- Participate in mobile security rollouts and contribute to testing and documentation
- Coordinate with end users to gather feedback and perform validation testing
- Execute small project tasks, including device enrollment testing and pilot deployments
- Enroll and provision new iOS/macOS devices via Omnisia
- Apply and troubleshoot mobile security policies
- Monitor MDM dashboards for non-compliant devices and escalate as needed
- Track software versions and updates, and initiate escalation or remediation
- Generate basic reports such as device inventory, compliance posture, and security metrics
- Support application deployment and update management
Requirements
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- College Diploma or University Degree with a focus on Cybersecurity – or equivalent relevant experience
