We design with clarity, purpose, and storytelling at the core—helping clients communicate complex products in ways that resonate and convert.</p><p><br></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>We’re looking for a <b>Lead Graphic & Motion Designer</b> to raise the creative bar for how we tell stories through visuals and how SaaS products are visualized and communicated. This is a <b>hands-on leadership role</b>: you’ll be creating standout work yourself while directing a small team of designers/animators to deliver BX-level quality across every output.</p><p>The role is highly <b>client-facing</b>—you’ll interpret ambiguous briefs, pitch creative solutions, and guide stakeholders toward bold yet clear visual directions. You’ll also help shape the <b>processes and standards</b> of an emerging design function, ensuring smooth collaboration across design, motion, and web teams.</p><p>Beyond developing UI abstractions and other visual/motion graphics for web, you’ll play a key role in creating <b>brand collateral and pitch materials</b> that support both our clients and BX Studio internally.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p><b>Lead & mentor</b> a team of 2 designers/animators, providing clear direction, elevating their work, and building process for a growing department.</p><p><b>Design & animate</b> graphics for SaaS interfaces, abstractions, data visualizations and infographics that communicate complex stories with clarity and impact.</p><p><b>Develop illustrative and brand-aligned graphics</b>, applying branding expertise and design systems with consistency.</p><p><b>Storyboard and concept animations</b> that demonstrate product value and user experience.</p><p><b>Champion visual storytelling</b>—raising the quality and originality of how SaaS products and brands come to life.</p><p><b>Bring clarity to ambiguity</b> by turning loose or complex feedback into actionable creative solutions.</p><p><b>Work directly with clients</b>—presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and shaping creative outcomes that align with business goals.</p><p><b>Collaborate with UX and web design teams</b> to seamlessly integrate graphics and motion into site designs.</p><p><b>Design brand and sales collateral</b> including pitch decks, social graphics, reports, and client-facing documents for both digital and print applications.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><p>5+ years in graphic design & motion design, with strong <b>B2B SaaS product experience</b> required.</p><p>Strong portfolio showcasing <b>UI abstractions, data visualization, illustrative graphics, and motion/animation</b> for SaaS or complex products.</p><p>Proven ability to <b>lead creative direction</b> and set visual standards across teams and projects.</p><p>Skilled in <b>design system application and brand storytelling</b>.</p><p>Experience implementing creative <b>processes and workflows</b> in a design department or agency setting.</p><p>Excellent client-facing communication: confident presenting, explaining, and defending creative strategy.</p><p>Strong leadership skills—experience guiding a small creative team highly preferred.</p><p>Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint/Google Slides; bonus for 3D).</p><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join BX Studio?</b></p><p>Work with a creative, collaborative team that values high standards and originality.</p><p>Lead projects where your design storytelling makes a direct impact on clients’ success.</p><p>Opportunity to shape and grow BX Studio’s graphic and motion design practice.</p><p>Flexible remote work environment with global clients.</p><p><br></p>
