We are looking for experienced Lead Hand Form Workers to join our Team!</p><p><br /></p><p>We offer competitive wages, winter work, benefits, work / life balance and a great company culture!</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversight of formwork on the project</li><li>Crew management when the foreman is unavailable and providing support to the foreman at all other times</li><li>Adherence to project specifications, code and corporate safety requirements on all sites<br /></li><li>Proficient knowledge and use of power tools such as air nailers, skill saw, screw gun</li><li>Experience or willingness to be trained on equipment operation is an asset</li><li>Other tasks as required by the site foreman</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>3+ years of carpentry experience</li><li>Concrete and formwork experience<br /></li><li>Good verbal communication skills<br /></li><li>Candidate must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work</li><li>Exceptional analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organized, results-oriented and able to work in a multi-functional team environment<br /></li><li>Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license</li></ul></p></p>
