Job Title: Learning Visual Design Specialist

Location: Fully Remote Role

Pay Rate: 48 CAD Per Hour (All Inclusive)

Duration: 06- Months Contract with Possible Extension & Conversion

Job Role

• We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Learning Visual Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master of brand identity and visual consistency, with a strong focus on creating scalable design templates and crafting engaging learning experiences with innovative authoring tools. You'll work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to transform complex content into visually compelling and impactful learning experiences that reach across the Client.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of design expertise: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in visual design, templatization, and branding

• Skilled in Graphic representation and slide deck design.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Passionate about learning and leadership development.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain relationships.

• Experience with Authoring Tools: Must have proven experience creating and publishing content. Familiarity with the following is a plus: Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Parta.io, Vyond, H5P, and Genially.

• Up-leveling with AI: Demonstrated experience in a role where you successfully "up-leveled" existing content or learning experiences using AI-powered tools. A portfolio showcasing this work is a significant plus.

Results

• You will lead the visual design of highly visible learning experiences ensuring learner consistency throughout programs and providing templatized options for instructional designers to leverage for efficiency in the development phase of content. You will work closely with program owners and instructional designers to ensure content development and visualization complement each other and amplify learning objectives. Your ability to adapt and apply visual design principles to new platforms will be key as we bring on new tools to advance our tech stack and enhance learner experience.

Relationships

• This role requires building and maintaining strong partnerships. You will work closely with program stakeholders and business leaders to deliver impactful employee development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively navigating diverse personalities and functional disciplines across global teams to build trust-based partnerships. You'll also serve as a reliable point of contact for teammates and leadership, keeping everyone informed of project timelines and milestones.
