If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy a variety of challenges, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is your chance to shine.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do: Licensed Millwright 433A</strong></p><p>As a Millwright Mechanic you’ll ensure our production equipment, machinery, and facilities operate at peak performance. Your day-to-day could include quick fixes, major repairs, and preventive maintenance. You’ll work independently and with a collaborative team to keep our operations running seamlessly.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: Licensed Millwright 433A</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.</li><li>Complete work orders efficiently focusing on the most critical tasks first.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CI presses, laminators, and other production equipment.</li><li>Perform mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility upkeep tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists for complex repairs.</li><li>Minimize operational disruption through smart repair scheduling and clear communication.</li><li>Keep leadership updated on maintenance activities and projects.</li><li>Support additional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You Bring: Licensed Millwright 433A</strong></p><ul><li>Red Seal Certification (Millwright or Electrician) – mandatory</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing (printing or bag packaging preferred)</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills—mechanical and electrical</li><li>Familiarity with automation systems, including older and newer printing machines (up to 10-color models)</li><li>Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing</li><li>Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)</li><li>Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication</li><li>Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Competencies: Licensed Millwright 433A</strong></p><ul><li>Technical Expertise: You know your way around machines and systems.</li><li>Problem Solving: You don’t just fix things—you improve them.</li><li>Ethical Conduct: You do the right thing, even when no one is watching.</li><li>Communication Proficiency: You keep everyone informed clearly and professionally.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?
