<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment</li>
<li>Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions</li>
<li>Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing</li>
<li>Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service</li>
<li>Stay focused on individual and team sales goals</li>
<li>Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma (post‑secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>A customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering value</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (40% in French and 60% in English)</li>
