This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facility and production equipment. If you have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in your workwe'd love to meet you.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure the safe and reliable operation of all production and facility equipment</p></li><li><p>Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issues</p></li><li><p>Report equipment deficiencies immediately and keep accurate maintenance logs</p></li><li><p>Support the company's Continuous Improvement Program</p></li><li><p>Prioritize work orders in coordination with the Production Supervisor to minimize downtime</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area</p></li><li><p>Follow all Health and Safety protocols in line with Treasure Mills' safety program</p></li><li><p>Exhibit positive, team-oriented behaviours and contribute to a collaborative workplace</p></li><li><p>Consider long-term sustainability and support initiatives to reduce, reuse, and recycle</p></li><li><p>Keep current on all workplace health and safety matters relevant to your role</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment</p></li><li><p>Experience working with flow wrappers, robots, conveyors, and<strong> high-speed packaging equipment</strong></p></li><li><p>Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills required</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with PLCs and electronic controls is an asset</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices preferred</p></li><li><p>SAP and SQR knowledge are considered assets</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to complete accurate shift reports</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment</p></li><li><p>Flexible with shift times; weekend work is required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br /> Shifts are 45 days per week and range from 8 to 12 hours in length.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
