<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><p></p></p></p><p><p><strong>Position: CNC Maintenance Technician </strong></p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Maintenance Supervisor</p><p><strong>Direct Reports:</strong> None</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will be able to perform a variety of operations to maintain CNC machines and oversee the maintenance of the whole facility. This individual should have 5-7 years of CNC or comparable maintenance experience.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and service CNC Machining equipment and perform general machine repairs</li><li>Familiar with Controls such as Fanuc and Siemens controls </li><li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance including daily oil, grease and filter checks, top ups and replacements.</li><li>Perform facility repairs and general maintenance including lights changes outdoor repairs and maintenance</li><li>Control maintenance tools, equipment</li><li>Understand the health and safety act and regulations </li></ul><p><strong>Work Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Reports to Maintenance Technician Supervisor</li><li>Physically capable of machine repair in a machine shop environment.</li><li>Safety equipment, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.</li><li>Overtime as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma, completion of applicable trade school, or an equivalent related experience.</li><li>Certified Millwright preferred </li><li>Experience with machining as it relates to machine tool capabilities and requirements</li><li>Trouble shooting and repair capabilities in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong work ethic </li></ul><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><br /></p></p></p></p></p></p></p></p></p></p></p></p>
